Staff Permissions and Business Account Roles
Learn how to assign business account roles (permissions) to staff who log in to Receipt Roller. You can grant permissions suited to each person's role, such as store manager, POS admin, or SNS admin.
Store Manager Role Permissions
Explains the permissions of the Store Manager role. Grants access to essentially all operations for assigned stores, suited for store managers and area managers (Starter plan and above).
Staff Permissions
Details the permissions of the Staff role in ReceiptRoller. The minimum-privilege role for register duty and floor staff, limited to viewing today's transactions and issuing receipts (available on the Free plan).
Owner Permissions
Details the permissions of the Owner role in ReceiptRoller. Covers plan management, full data access, member management, and per-plan Owner limits.
Product Manager Role Permissions
Explains the permissions of the Product Manager role. Specialized for managing the product catalog (PIM), with no access to customer or financial data. Available on the Basic plan and above.
Finance Manager Role Permissions
Explains the permissions of the Finance Manager role — a view-only role for receipts, sales reports, and tax exports. Also suitable for granting access to a tax accountant (Starter plan or higher).
Campaign Manager Role Permissions
Explains the permissions of the Campaign Manager role. Handles creating and managing coupons, email campaigns, and ads, with no access to POS or product settings (Starter plan and above).
SNS Manager Role Permissions
Explains the permissions of the SNS Manager role. Handles SNS connection, post scheduling, and analytics, and is designed so external agencies can be granted access safely (Growth plan and above).
Warehouse Manager Role Permissions

About the Former "Admin" Role
The former "Admin" role has been merged into "Owner." If you want to divide responsibilities among staff, use specialized manager roles such as Store Manager instead.
