API access is included with any business account on the Starter plan (¥4,980/month) or above. It is not available on the Basic plan (¥500/month) or during the 30-day free trial. See the pricing page for plan details.

Starter includes 5,000 calls/month, Growth includes 50,000 calls/month, and Enterprise includes 500,000 calls/month. Once you hit the limit, API requests are throttled.

On Starter and above, you can access every API endpoint — digital receipts, CRM, PIM, OMS, WMS, ads, analytics, and more. Authentication uses OAuth 2.0, and you control access scope with scope-based permissions.

We provide SDKs for three languages: JavaScript / .NET / Python. You can also call the REST API directly. See the API docs for details.
