Charges Other Than the Product Price

Internet connection and communication charges are borne by the customer.

Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express)
Invoice payment (Enterprise plan only; bank transfer)

Payment Timing

For credit-card payment, the charge for the month is billed at the beginning of the usage month.
For invoice payment, please pay within 30 days of the invoice issue date.

Timing of Service Provision

Available for use immediately after plan sign-up is completed.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of the service, refunds or returns after use has begun are, as a rule, not accepted.
Plan changes and cancellations are possible at any time; a cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
