LINE MINI APP
A member app, inside your store's LINE.
A LINE mini app is your store's own app that opens inside LINE. Customers don't download anything or fill in a sign-up form: they sign in with LINE, and their member card, coupons and bookings are there.
A member number is issued automatically the first time a customer signs in with LINE, and they're added to your customer list (CRM).

Member card
Shows the customer's LINE photo, name and a member-number barcode. You choose which details appear.
Coupons
Lists every coupon that's valid now, with the code and expiry date on the detail screen.
Store news
Post news such as new menu items or closed days, and schedule when each one goes live.
Bookings
Customers pick a menu, party size and time, check or cancel their bookings, and buy class passes and monthly plans, all inside LINE.
Digital receipts
Customers who choose "Receive in LINE" at the register get their receipt in LINE.
Store info
Your store details and opening hours, product catalogue and FAQ.
What you control
Home screen
Arrange blocks such as the member card, news, coupons and map: show, hide and reorder them.
Bottom menu
Put the screens customers use most in the bottom menu (up to five).
Connected to your customer list
Customers who sign in with LINE are added to your CRM, and the contact details they enter on My page go straight into it.
AI auto-replies on your official account
AI answers messages sent to your store's official LINE account, following the hours and tone you set.
How to get started
Creating the LINE channels and the mini app review happen on LINE's side. The setup screen in ReceiptRoller walks you through each step.
Create LINE channels
In LINE Developers, create a provider plus a LINE MINI App channel and a Messaging API channel.
Enter the details
Enter the channel IDs and LIFF ID, and the webhook is set up and tested for you.
Arrange your app
Lay out the home screen and menu with the member card, news, coupons and more.
Submit for LINE review
Submit the mini app for LY Corporation's review. It's usually ready to publish in one to two weeks.
The LINE mini app is included in every plan. Member card display settings and App Store / Google Play apps need the Growth plan or above.
