The ReceiptRoller store operations app is built for store staff and store operators. Checking sales, fixing a shift, redeeming a coupon, updating SNS and flyers — all of it from your phone, without walking back to the office PC.
The app is free to install. You will need a ReceiptRoller account and a business account to sign in.

Home
This month's numbers, the moment you open it.
Open the app and this month's sales, average spend and customer count are there, compared with last month.

Sales
Sales, products, orders and stock in one tab.
The Sales tab holds sales, products, orders and stock.
- Today's sales by hour, and the split between cashless and cash
- Receipt details: subtotal, tax, payment method and the staff member
- Search, add and edit products, with price, cost, tax rate and JAN code
- Order status (OMS) and stock adjustments in the warehouse (WMS)
Bookings
From taking bookings to attendance and class passes.
Under Bookings in the Sales tab, you manage the day's bookings and time slots from your phone.
- Today's and tomorrow's count, and how many are confirmed, pending, completed or cancelled
- Generate time slots automatically, keep a waitlist and set up weekly recurring bookings
- For classes and lessons: an attendance register, monthly memberships and class passes
- Booking analysis for any period: bookings, visits, sales and repeat rate
Analytics and coupons
Changes in your numbers, turned into what to do next.
Analytics reads how your sales are moving and shows what needs attention as advice.
- Figures that fell from last month are flagged as needing action, with the reason
- A forecast of this month's sales and transactions
- A heatmap of hours by weekday, and new versus returning visitors
- ABC analysis of sales by product, and a list of customers at risk of not returning
- Check a coupon by its code and redeem it on the spot
Staff
Shifts and messages, on your staff's phones.
The Staff tab brings the day's shifts and staff communication together.
- Today's shifts, with estimated labour cost and total hours
- Staff chat, and a notice board that shows how many have read each post
- The staff roster, and your opening hours and closing days
Media
In-store signage ads, from review to revenue.
The Media tab manages the ads shown on your in-store displays, and what they earn.
- Review advertisers' ads, giving a reason when you reject one
- Open each ad space to advertisers, or pause it
- This month's ad revenue, impressions and clicks
- Alerts for displays that stopped playing, and pairing a device to use it as signage
Content
Social media, announcements and flyers, together.
Content belongs to the whole business account rather than to a single store.

Settings
Keep the screens simple for whoever uses them.
In Settings you switch stores and choose which menus to show.
- Switch business account and store inside the app
- Store details, and receipt printer setup over Bluetooth
- Choose which notifications you get: sales, shifts, chat and announcements
- Hide the tabs and menus you don't use
One store, or all of them.
After signing in you pick a business account. Whether you then pick a store changes what the app is for.
Store mode
Pick a store and work inside it: that store's sales, coupons, shifts, signage and store details. This is the mode for floor staff.
Business account mode
Skip the store selection: KPIs across every store, the store list, the board, and SNS and flyer content management. This is the mode for anyone watching several stores.

Sign in with the ReceiptRoller account you already use.

Pick a store for store mode, or skip it to manage the whole business account.
