What is MCP (Model Context Protocol)?
MCP is a standard protocol that lets AI agents such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini securely access data and features from external services. Published by Anthropic, it is being adopted by leading AI vendors including OpenAI, Google, and Microsoft.
ReceiptRoller provides an official MCP server. Once you connect ReceiptRoller to your AI assistant, the AI can answer and act while referencing your store's real data (sales, products, visitors, social). Unlike an AI that answers from general knowledge alone, it becomes an AI that can talk about "your store, today."

Log in to ReceiptRoller
A browser opens with the ReceiptRoller login screen. Log in and approve access from the AI.

Try asking "What were last month's sales?" The AI answers based on your store data.
