Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager role handles creating and managing coupons, email campaigns, and ads (retail media). Promotion-related work can be delegated entirely to this role.

Path to settings: Business Account menu > Business Account Settings > Member Management (/organizations/{businessAccountId}/members)

What a Campaign Manager can do

  • Create, distribute, and analyze the performance of coupons and promotions
  • Send customer marketing messages (email, LINE, SMS)
  • Manage retail media ads
  • Create and target customer segments
  • View campaign performance reports

What a Campaign Manager cannot do

  • Configure POS settings or receipt templates
  • Edit the product catalog (PIM)
  • Manage members or business account settings
  • Change plans or billing
  • Manage inventory or warehouses

This role can only be assigned on the Starter plan and above.
