Campaign Manager
The Campaign Manager role handles creating and managing coupons, email campaigns, and ads (retail media). Promotion-related work can be delegated entirely to this role.
Path to settings: Business Account menu > Business Account Settings > Member Management (/organizations/{businessAccountId}/members)
What a Campaign Manager can do
- Create, distribute, and analyze the performance of coupons and promotions
- Send customer marketing messages (email, LINE, SMS)
- Manage retail media ads
- Create and target customer segments
- View campaign performance reports
What a Campaign Manager cannot do
- Configure POS settings or receipt templates
- Edit the product catalog (PIM)
- Manage members or business account settings
- Change plans or billing
- Manage inventory or warehouses
Available plans
This role can only be assigned on the Starter plan and above.
