Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager role handles inventory and warehouse management (WMS). This role can manage receiving, locations, and stock movement, but has no access to customer or financial data.
Path to settings: Business Account menu > Business Account Settings > Member Management (/organizations/{businessAccountId}/members)
What a Warehouse Manager can do
- Process receiving and put-away
- Manage locations
- Replenish, move, and pick stock
- Process shipments and track deliveries
- Configure WMS integration settings
What a Warehouse Manager cannot do
- Access customer data
- Access sales or financial data
- Edit the product catalog (PIM)
- Configure POS or receipt settings
- Manage plans, billing, or members
Available plans
This role can only be assigned on the Enterprise plan.
