Store Manager
The Store Manager role can be entrusted with essentially all operations of the store(s) they are assigned to. It covers nearly every action within the scope of those stores, except for billing and business account settings. This role suits store managers, area managers, and back-office staff.
Path to settings: Business Account menu > Business Account Settings > Member Management (/organizations/{businessAccountId}/members)
What a Store Manager can do
- Access all data for assigned stores (receipts, reservations, sales, customers)
- Manage POS terminals, staff, and shifts for assigned stores
- Create and manage coupons and promotions
- View reports and analytics for assigned stores
- Manage SNS posting and the Google Business Profile
- Edit store information
What a Store Manager cannot do
- Change plans or billing
- Invite, remove, or assign roles to members
- Change business account settings (business account name, account-wide settings)
- Access data for stores they are not assigned to
- Delete the business account
Available plans
This role can only be assigned on the Starter plan and above. It is not available on the Free plan.
