An Operations manager can run the day-to-day work of every store in the business account. It suits operations leads and area managers who look after several stores. Only the actions that touch money and members' permissions stay with the Owner.

What an Operations manager can do

  • The store list, store dashboards, store details and settings
  • Shifts, timecards and staff
  • Bookings
  • Store members (appointing Shift leads and Staff)
  • POS connections, printers and receipt design
  • Customer management, coupons and social media
  • Products, orders and stock
  • Sales, reports and visitor analysis
  • The activity log for the whole business account

What an Operations manager cannot do

  • Change plans or manage billing
  • Invite members to the business account or change their roles
  • Appoint a Store manager (only Owners can)
  • Manage developer API apps
  • Close the business account

Who can see visitor analysis

Visitor analysis is open to Owners, Operations managers and Finance. The Store manager store role alone does not open it. If a store manager needs it, give them the Operations manager or Finance role as well.

Plans
