Assigning and Changing Roles
Member roles can be assigned and changed from the Member Management screen in your business account settings. Only Owners can perform this operation. A single member can be given multiple roles at once (e.g., Store Manager + SNS Manager).
Path to settings: Business Account Menu > Business Account Settings > Member Management (/organizations/{BusinessAccountId}/members)
Inviting a New Member
- Open Business Account Settings → Member Management from the left menu.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Select the roles to assign using the checkboxes (multiple selection allowed).
- Click Send Invitation.
- The recipient receives an invitation email, and once they accept it, they're added as a member.
Roles You Can Assign
The roles available depend on your plan.
- Free Plan: Owner, Staff
- Starter Plan: The above + Store Manager, POS Manager, Campaign Manager, Accounting
- Growth Plan: The above + SNS Manager
- Enterprise Plan: The above + Product Manager, Inventory Manager
Changing an Existing Member's Role
- Open Business Account Settings → Member Management.
- Click Edit on the row of the member you want to change.
- Toggle the role checkboxes as needed, then click Save.
Removing a Member
- Open Business Account Settings → Member Management.
- Click Remove on the row of the member you want to remove.
- Select Remove in the confirmation dialog.
Notes
- The Free plan has limits on the number of members and Owners you can invite. Exceeding the limit requires a plan upgrade.
- Only Owners can assign or change roles.
- Your business account must always have at least one Owner. The last remaining Owner cannot be removed or demoted.
