Product Manager
The Product Manager role focuses on managing the product catalog (PIM). This role can register and update SKUs, prices, attributes, and variations, but has no access to customer or financial data.
Path to settings: Business Account menu > Business Account Settings > Member Management (/organizations/{businessAccountId}/members)
What a Product Manager can do
- Register, edit, and delete products (PIM)
- Manage prices, variants, categories, and attributes
- Bulk import and export products via CSV
- Configure product feeds (Google, Meta, TikTok)
- View product performance
- Run product master sync from POS (Square, Smaregi)
What a Product Manager cannot do
- Access customer data
- Access sales or financial data (including viewing)
- Configure POS or receipt settings
- Manage plans, billing, or members
- Adjust stock quantities (this is the Warehouse Manager's role)
Available plans
Available on the Basic plan and above. Since PIM (product management) is available on all paid plans, we recommend using the Product Manager role as a division of responsibility for customers who sync their product master via POS integration.
