About the Former "Admin" Role

The former "Admin" role has been merged into the Owner role in the current version of ReceiptRoller. Members previously invited as "Admin" are now automatically displayed as Owner.

If You Want to Divide Responsibilities

If you want to delegate specific tasks to members without giving them full Owner privileges, the following specialized manager roles are available.

  • Store Manager — All store-level tasks (excluding billing and business account settings)
  • POS Manager — POS, receipt templates, and payment methods
  • Campaign Manager — Coupons, email distribution, and advertising
  • SNS Manager — Social media integration, posting, and analytics (Growth plan and above)
  • Accounting — View sales and tax data (read-only)
  • Product Manager — Product catalog (PIM) management (Enterprise only)
  • Inventory Manager — Inventory and WMS (Enterprise only)

You can also combine multiple manager roles and assign them to a single member.
