Depending on your plan, the number of members you can invite to your business account and the roles you can assign will differ.
Path to settings: Business Account Menu > Business Account Settings > Plan & Billing (/organizations/{BusinessAccountId}/billing)

About the Product Manager role: Available on all paid plans (Basic and above); the Free tier is effectively a free trial state.
Free Plan Limitations
- You can invite up to 3 members (including yourself).
- Only the Owner and Staff roles can be assigned. Role-specific manager roles for divided responsibilities require the Starter plan or above.
- If you try to add a member after reaching the limit, you'll be taken to the plan upgrade proposal screen.

About Product Information Management (PIM): When you use POS integration (Square / Smaregi), product information pulled in from transaction data is stored in PIM. For this reason, PIM is available on all plans. The maximum number of products you can register varies by plan.
Upgrading Your Plan
To remove member limits or feature restrictions, upgrade your plan from Business Account Menu > Business Account Settings > Plan & Billing.
