Finance Manager

Finance Manager is a read-only role that can only view sales data, receipts, and tax exports. Since it cannot make any data changes, it can also be safely granted to a tax accountant or an outside bookkeeper.

Path to the settings screen: Business Account menu > Business Account Settings > Member Management (/organizations/{BusinessAccountId}/members)

What a Finance Manager can do

• View receipt history
• View the sales dashboard and revenue reports
• Tax exports (CSV export)
• View sales analytics and per-product sales
• View aggregated data across multiple stores

What a Finance Manager cannot do

• Any edit or delete operation (fully view-only)
• Manage members or change plans
• Change POS, product, or customer settings
• Create coupons or ads

Available plans

Can be assigned on the Starter plan or higher.

Granting access to a tax accountant or outside bookkeeper

Because this role is designed so data can't be altered, you can grant it to an outside tax accountant or bookkeeping firm member to safely share your sales data.
