The coupon feature lets you create your own discount coupons for your store. Two discount types are supported — percentage discount and fixed-amount discount — and you can flexibly set the validity period and usage limits. The coupon feature is available on the Starter plan and above.

Steps to Create a Coupon

1. Go to the store management screen → Coupons → click "Create New"
2. Enter each field and save

Settings

• Coupon Name: The name used for management purposes. Example: "Summer Cashback 2025"
• Description: A detailed description of the coupon. This is shown to customers
• Coupon Code: The code customers enter. Example: "SUMMER20". Alphanumeric characters and symbols can be used
• Discount Type:
  • Percentage: e.g. 20 → 20% off
  • Fixed Amount: e.g. 1000 → ¥1,000 off
• Discount Value: The discount amount (percentage or fixed amount)
• Valid From: The date and time the coupon becomes usable (optional)
• Valid Until: The coupon's expiration date (optional — can be left with no expiration)
• Max Uses: The overall usage limit (leave blank for unlimited)

Coupon Status

After creation, coupons are managed under the following statuses.

• Active: The coupon can be used by customers
• Expired: The coupon has passed its Valid Until date
• Fully Used: The coupon has reached its max usage count
• Inactive: The coupon has been manually stopped

Deactivated coupons are soft-deleted and remain in the history.

Checking the Display

Coupons you create are shown on the coupon list page for customers who have favorited your store. Active coupons are shown first, sorted by soonest expiration date.
