Coupon Distribution
Coupons you've created can be delivered to customers in several ways. From automatic display in the app for customers who have favorited your store, to email distribution and QR code issuance, choose the distribution method that fits the scene.
Distribution methods
Automatic display in app / web
Coupons you've created are automatically displayed on the coupon list page for customers who have favorited your store. Active coupons are shown at the top, ordered by how soon they expire.
- Published automatically, no action required
- Green badge: Percentage discount coupon
- Yellow badge: Fixed amount discount coupon
- Gray badge: Expired / unusable coupon
Email distribution
You can distribute coupons via email to a specific customer segment. The distribution target is narrowed down by linking with CRM customer data.
- Distribution target: All customers or by segment (region, age range, membership rank)
- Distribution timing: Immediate or scheduled date/time
- The coupon code is automatically inserted into the email body
QR code distribution
You can issue a QR code for each coupon. This is useful for in-store poster displays or printing on receipts.
- Coupon detail screen → "Generate QR Code"
- QR codes can be downloaded in PNG format
- When a customer scans the QR code, the coupon is automatically applied
Using a coupon (customer actions)
The flow for a customer using a coupon is as follows.
- Tap the "Use" button in the coupon list
- Present the coupon code at checkout, or the staff enters it into the POS
- The POS verifies validity via API (verify) → the usage is recorded after it's applied (redeem)
Used coupons automatically have their usage count tallied, and once a coupon reaches its limit, it becomes "unusable."
