The SNS Manager role handles connecting, posting, and analyzing social media accounts. It's designed so that even an external agency member can be safely granted access — this role can run SNS operations without touching business data such as POS, products, or customers.
Path to settings: Business Account menu > Business Account Settings > Member Management (/organizations/{businessAccountId}/members)
What an SNS Manager can do
- Connect and disconnect SNS accounts (X, Meta, Instagram, LINE, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish posts
- Multi-channel distribution and platform-specific customization
- Use the creative library and AI generation
- Analyze SNS performance, manage comments and DMs
- Manage the Google Business Profile
What an SNS Manager cannot do
- Configure POS, products, or inventory
- Directly edit customer data
- Manage plans, billing, or members
- View sales or financial data
Available plans
This role can only be assigned on the Growth plan and above.
Granting access to an external agency
If you outsource SNS operations to an external agency, you can invite the agency member using this role so they can run SNS operations only, without seeing your business data.
