By connecting SNS accounts to ReceiptRoller, you can use posting, analytics, DM reception, comment management, and more. Platforms other than LINE use OAuth authentication, so you can link accounts securely without disclosing your password. Basic connection steps

• From the store menu, open "SNS Management > Accounts"
• Select the target channel from "New Connection"
• Log in and grant permissions on the displayed authentication screen for each platform (for LINE only, enter the Channel ID / Channel Secret)
• After connecting, the profile image and account name are retrieved automatically

Connection scope (organization level / store level)

• Organization level: Use this when you want to share the same SNS account across multiple stores
• Store level: Use this when each store runs its own independent SNS account

Access token renewal

Each platform's tokens have an expiration date. The system attempts to renew automatically before the token expires, but if re-authentication is required, a warning is displayed in the account list. In that case, please redo the authentication from the "Reconnect" button. For expiration periods on each platform, please check that platform's individual article.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect at any time using "Disconnect" in the account list. Past post data and analytics history are retained even after disconnecting.
