Creating and Publishing Posts

SNS Posting Publishing

SNS posts are created by combining body text, images, videos, and hashtags, and are published by specifying the target SNS accounts. A single post can also be published to multiple channels at once.

Steps to create a post

  • From the store menu, open "SNS Management > Posts" and click "Create New"
  • Enter the title and body text (caption)
  • Upload an image or video (images up to 5MB max, videos up to 2GB max)
  • Enter hashtags (the AI suggestion feature is also available)
  • Select the SNS accounts you want to publish to using the checkboxes
  • Choose "Save as Draft" or "Publish"

Handling media

  • Multiple images can be uploaded, and the number published is adjusted to match each platform's supported count
  • Only one video can be uploaded, and each channel's size limit is checked automatically
  • You can also select an approved asset from the Creative Library

About video uploads

You can upload videos in MP4, MOV, or WebM formats, up to a maximum file size of 2GB.

  • Since uploads are sent directly from the browser to storage, a progress bar reflecting the store's connection speed is displayed
  • Large files are internally split into 8MB chunks for transfer. Even if a block fails to transfer, it is automatically retried up to 3 times
  • You can cancel mid-upload using the "Cancel" button
  • If you want to post a longer video exceeding 2GB, please upload it directly from each SNS platform (such as YouTube Studio)

Maximum size, resolution, and format restrictions on each SNS platform's side follow that platform's own policy.

Status flow

  • Draft: Being created. Can be edited or deleted at any time
  • Scheduled: Will be published automatically at the specified time
  • Publishing: Being sent to each platform
  • Published: Successfully published on all channels
  • PartiallyPublished: Failed on some channels (error details can be checked)
  • Failed: Failed on all channels (can be retried)

Checking after publishing

After publishing, the post list shows the external post ID and a link to each channel. Clicking the link lets you check the actual post.
