Brand voice is a profile that quantifies the "feel" your store projects on social media. It becomes reference data AI uses when generating captions and reply drafts, keeping your brand image consistent.

Elements included in brand voice

  • Tone: Formal / casual / friendly / professional
  • Emoji frequency: None / moderate / heavy use
  • Sentence length: Short and punchy / moderate / long and detailed
  • Frequently used expressions: Signature phrases and greeting patterns
  • Sign-off: A fixed closing phrase at the end of posts
  • Expressions to avoid: Words or emoji you don't want used

Automatic AI analysis

  • Open "Social Management > AI Settings > Brand Voice"
  • Click "Analyze from past posts" and AI automatically extracts a style from your recent social posts
  • The analysis results are displayed, and you can save them as-is or edit them

Manual setup

If you don't have much posting history yet, you can manually select items to create a brand voice. You can also add past posts later and have AI re-analyze.

Running multiple brands
