Characteristics of the Generated Replies
- Considers context: Takes the entire conversation history into account
- Tone matched to sentiment: Gratitude for praise, sincere apology for complaints, clear answers for questions
- Follows your brand voice: Reflects your registered tone, emoji frequency, and phrasing

How to Use
