The unified inbox is a feature that brings together direct messages (DMs) received across multiple social channels into a single screen for review and reply. You no longer need to open a separate management screen for each channel, which helps prevent missed responses.

Supported channels

  • Meta (Facebook Page Messages)
  • Instagram Business DM
  • X Direct Messages
  • LINE Official Account (via webhook)

Screen layout

  • Conversation list: Shows DMs from all channels in the most recent order
  • Platform filter: Narrow the list down to a specific channel only
  • Conversation detail: Shows the full history of the selected conversation and opens the reply input field
  • Participant info: The other party's account name and profile picture

Reply flow

  • Click the other party from the conversation list
  • Past exchanges are displayed
  • Enter your reply text and send it
  • The sent message reaches the other party via each platform's API

AI reply draft

Click "Draft with AI" next to the reply input field, and AI generates a suggested reply based on the conversation context and your brand voice. You can send it as-is or edit it before sending. The tone is also automatically adjusted based on sentiment.

Read and unhandled management

  • Unread or unanswered conversations are highlighted in the list
  • You can add a "handled" flag to keep things organized
  • Conversations can also be assigned to staff members
