AI sentiment classification

AI automatically classifies each comment into one of the following categories:

  • Positive: Favorable reactions or expressions of thanks
  • Neutral: Simple reactions or emoji-only comments
  • Question: Inquiries that need a reply
  • Complaint: Dissatisfaction or requests
  • PR Risk: Content that could spread if mishandled

Priority handling

Comments classified as Complaint or PR Risk are highlighted near the top of the screen to encourage early response. Questions are also shown with high priority to help prevent them from being overlooked.

Reply actions

  • Reply to a comment: Thread reply to a specific comment
  • Comment on the whole post: Add a top-level comment
  • Delete: Remove spam or inappropriate comments (subject to platform restrictions)
  • AI reply draft: Generate a draft reply in a tone matched to the sentiment

Statistics and history

Check sentiment distribution by period, trends in comment volume, and reply rates on the dashboard. This lets you catch a rising rate of negative comments early.
