SNS CRM Broadcast Casting

SNS CRM centrally manages your customers on social media (followers, DM contacts, and users you've interacted with) and lets you broadcast messages to each segment. Instead of a uniform mass message, you can deliver "the right message to the right person" based on attributes and behavior.

Audience Segments

  • By channel: LINE friends, Instagram followers, Messenger users, etc.
  • By engagement: People who commented recently, DM history, etc.
  • Linked to purchase history: Customer segments tied to POS/EC order data
  • By region: Customers within the store's trade area
  • Manual tagging: Manually set categories (VIP, dormant, etc.)

Broadcast Casting

  • Open "SNS Management > CRM > Broadcast Casting"
  • Select the destination segment
  • Compose the message body (AI drafting supported)
  • You can attach images, links, and coupon codes
  • Choose immediate delivery or scheduled delivery

Available Channels

  • LINE Official Account (all friends or a filtered subset)
  • Meta Messenger (within policy compliance limits)
  • Instagram DM (with restrictions)

Delivery Limits and Notes

  • You must comply with each platform's delivery policies
  • LINE may incur metered charges depending on the number of messages sent
  • Plan promotional broadcast frequency carefully, as it can drive user opt-outs

Measuring Effectiveness

You can measure the following for each broadcast:

  • Number sent / number delivered
  • Open rate (supported channels only)
  • Link click-through rate
  • Coupon usage rate
  • Block / unblock count

Integration with CRM / Customer Management

By linking with your store's CRM customer data, you can automatically extract broadcast targets based on attributes such as "customers who last visited 30+ days ago" or "customers with a birthday this month."
