CRM Marketing LINE Email Distribution

Customer Marketing Distribution works together with CRM customer segments to let you send messages across multiple channels, including LINE, email, and push notifications. You can review activity across all channels together in a unified inbox.

Distribution channels

  • LINE: Supports group broadcast (multicast) messaging. Each send can reach up to 500 recipients
  • X (Twitter): Individual responses via direct message
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram): Converse with customers via Messenger and DM
  • Email: Bulk-send HTML emails to a specified segment
  • Push notifications: Instant notifications to customers who have installed the app

Steps for LINE broadcast distribution

  1. Go to the store management screen → Customers → SNS Audience → select a group
  2. Select the LINE account to send from
  3. Enter the message body
  4. Click "Send" → messages are distributed sequentially via batch processing

After sending completes, a report showing the number of sends and failures is displayed.

Unified inbox

You can review all messages received from LINE, X, Meta, and Google Business in a single screen.

  • View your conversation history with customers chronologically across platforms
  • Replies are sent through each platform's respective API
  • You can also review the log of AI-generated automatic replies (AutoReply)

Audience management

Customers who engage via SNS are automatically recorded as audience records.

  • Automatically retrieves the platform user ID, display name, and profile image
  • Tracks first contact date, last contact date, and message count
  • Links to CRM customers by phone number or email address (ExternalCustomerId)
  • Organize distribution targets by classifying with tags and groups

  • New product announcements: Send early notice via LINE to the Gold member group
  • Re-engagement for dormant customers: Send a coupon email to customers who haven't visited in 90+ days
  • Birthday specials: Automatically send birthday coupons to customers with a birthday that month
