Account Connection
Connecting ReceiptRoller to TikTok lets you post videos, view your post list, and retrieve basic user information. A TikTok business account is required to connect.
Before you start
- In the TikTok app or on the web, switch your account to a business account
- If you use the video posting feature, make sure your account status meets TikTok's posting policy requirements
Steps to connect
- From the store menu, open "SNS Management > Accounts"
- Select "TikTok Business" from "Connect New Account"
- Sign in on the TikTok authentication screen and grant permission
Permissions granted
- View basic user information
- Post videos
- View your own account's post list
Token validity period
Access tokens are valid for 24 hours, and refresh tokens for 365 days. ReceiptRoller renews them automatically, but if the account is inactive for over a year, you will need to reconnect.
