Account Connection
Connecting ReceiptRoller to Google Business Profile lets you update store information, post updates, reply to reviews, and view analytics data. The connection uses OAuth authentication with your Google account.
Before you start
- Make sure the Google Business Profile for the store you want to connect has already been verified
- Make sure the Google account you use to sign in has "Owner" or "Manager" permission on the target location
Steps to connect
- From the store menu, open "SNS Management > Accounts"
- Select "Google Business Profile" from "Connect New Account"
- Sign in on the Google authentication screen and grant permission to manage the business profile
- After the connection completes, select the store to be handled by ReceiptRoller from the list of managed locations

Token validity period
Access tokens expire after 1 hour, but refresh tokens have no expiration and are renewed automatically. If permissions are changed or revoked on the Google account side, you will need to reconnect.
