ReceiptRoller lets you manage all your reviews from one place, with AI generating reply drafts tuned to the star rating.
Review List
- View all reviews sorted by newest or by star rating
- Summary display of average rating and review count
- Filter to show only reviews without a reply
- Date range filter (last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, etc.)
Reply Actions
- Click a review to see the full details
- Type your reply text and post it from "Reply"
- Edit the auto-generated text from "AI Draft" and send
- You can also edit or delete existing replies
AI Reply Tone by Star Rating
The AI automatically adjusts the reply tone based on the star rating:
- 5 stars: Expresses gratitude and delight, with a line encouraging a return visit
- 4 stars: Gratitude plus a note on willingness to improve
- 3 stars: Neutral gratitude with a concrete stance on improvement
- 2 stars: A sincere apology, plus acknowledgment of the situation and a commitment to improve
- 1 star: The fullest apology, with an invitation to direct contact via the listed contact information
Reflecting Your Brand Voice
Reply text is generated to match your brand voice settings, staying consistent in honorific level, emoji use, and closing phrases.
Response Workflow
- Reviews without a reply are highlighted at the top of the list
- Assign a staff member to manage response status
- A "handled" flag is applied automatically once a reply is posted
Handling Low Ratings
- Avoid emotional responses — stick to confirming facts and proposing improvements
- Direct the customer to DM or phone if detailed follow-up is needed
- Always consult your administrator on content that carries legal risk
