Business Profile
Customers who find your store on Google Maps or Search look at photos to get a feel for the place and the menu. From ReceiptRoller you can add photos to your Google Business Profile and remove ones already there.
Adding a Photo
- Press "Photos & posts" on the Google Business Profile screen
- Under "Add a photo", choose the file and the "Photo type", then press "Add"
- Files must be JPEG or PNG, between 10 KB and 5 MB
- Google reviews new photos, so it can take a while before one appears on Maps
Photo Types
Choosing a type helps Google decide where to show the photo.
- Exterior and interior: the entrance and the inside of the store
- Product, food and drink, and menu: what you sell or serve, and your menu
- At work and team: your staff and the work they do
- Cover: the photo shown at the top of your profile
- Other: anything that fits none of the above
Removing a Photo
- In the photo list on "Photos & posts", press the delete button on the photo
- Confirm, and the photo is removed from Google
- Photos posted by customers cannot be removed from ReceiptRoller
About Post Views
Views for each post are shown in Google Business Profile itself. Google no longer shares them with other services, so they do not appear in ReceiptRoller.
