Updating Your Store Information on Google

You can edit the store information registered on your Google Business Profile directly from ReceiptRoller. When your address, business hours or phone number change, you can bring your Google Maps listing up to date right away.

What You Can Edit

• Store name
• Phone number
• Website URL
• Store description
• Address (postal code, prefecture, city, street address, building)
• Business hours (opening and closing time for each day, and closed days)

How to Update

• Open "SNS management" and choose "Reviews / store info"
• On the Google Business Profile screen, click "Edit"
• Change the fields you want to update
• Click "Save to Google Maps" to send the changes to Google

It can take from a few minutes to a few hours for changes to appear on Google Maps.

Managed Separately from Your ReceiptRoller Store Settings

This screen edits the information held on Google's side. Changing your hours or address in ReceiptRoller's store settings does not update Google, and changes made here do not update your ReceiptRoller store settings either.

When your hours or address change, update both your store settings and this screen.

What You Can't Change Here

Change the following directly in the Google Business Profile dashboard:

• Temporary closures and special hours, such as holidays
• Categories (primary and additional)

If you have several stores, open this screen for each store and update them one by one.
