Google Business Profile Connect

Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is the management platform behind the official information shown for your store on Google Search and Google Maps. By connecting it with ReceiptRoller, you can update store information, respond to reviews, and view insights directly from ReceiptRoller.

What You Can Do Once Connected

  • Sync and bulk-update store information (address, business hours, phone, website)
  • Fetch and reply to reviews (with AI drafting support)
  • View business insights (views, actions, search queries)
  • Manage Local Posts (Google Business Profile posts)
  • Fetch and manage photos

Connection Steps

  • From the store menu, open "SNS Management > Accounts"
  • Select "Google Business Profile" from "Add New Connection"
  • Log in with your Google account and grant management permission for the applicable store
  • The list of connectable locations (stores) is displayed
  • Select the store you want to manage and link it

Required Permissions

  • Your Google account must be an "Owner" or "Manager" of the target Business Profile
  • If you have multiple locations, they must be registered as multiple locations under the Business Profile

Linking Multiple Locations

A ReceiptRoller store and a Google Business Profile location are linked one-to-one. If you operate a chain, you can either connect each store individually or link them all at once at the business account level.

Refreshing the Token

The Google account access token is refreshed periodically. If re-authentication is needed, a warning will appear in the account list — use "Reconnect" to redo the authentication.
