Managing Several Locations

If your Google account manages several stores (locations), one connection covers all of them. Linking each location to a ReceiptRoller store turns on per-store features such as review requests on receipts and automatic updates to Google, and lets you apply things like year-end closures to several locations at once.

Seeing All Your Locations

• Press "All locations" on the Google Business Profile screen
• Every location your Google account manages is listed
• Locations linked to a store show their Google rating and review count

Linking a Location to a Store

• On "All locations", choose the ReceiptRoller store for each location and press "Save"
• You can also link from "ReceiptRoller store" on the Google Business Profile screen
• A location can belong to only one store. To unlink, choose "Not linked" and save

Once linked, the store can use:

• Sending store setting changes to Google
• Asking for Google reviews on receipts
• Review growth
• Saved insights and location comparison

Switching Locations

When locations are linked to stores, "Location" appears at the top of the Google Business Profile screen. Choose one to see its store information, reviews, insights and photos. You can also switch with "Open" on "All locations".

Changing Several Locations at Once

"Change several" applies the same change to the locations you choose.

• Choose the locations under "Locations to change"
• Special hours: the dates you enter are added to each location's own special hours. A date it already has is replaced; its other dates stay
• Website and description: only the fields you turn on with "Change the website" or "Change the description" are changed
• Google post: if filled in, the same post goes to every chosen location (up to 1,500 characters)
• Press "Apply to the chosen locations" to see the result for each location. If one location fails, the others are still updated

Store names, addresses, phone numbers and regular hours are never changed by "Change several".
