Alerts
When a new Google review arrives, ReceiptRoller tells you by email and in the staff app. So that a low rating never goes unnoticed, one- and two-star reviews are sent right away, and three stars and up come together each morning.
When Alerts Arrive
- One- and two-star reviews: within an hour of the review appearing
- Three stars and up: everything since the last summary, in one message at 9:00 each morning (Japan time)
- For a newly connected location, reviews it already had are not sent; alerts start with reviews that arrive after it is connected
Who Receives Them
- The business account's owner, operations managers and social managers
- If you manage several locations, reviews for locations linked to your stores are included too, with the store name in each alert
Turning Alerts On or Off
- Under "New review alerts" on the Google Business Profile screen, choose "Email" and "Staff app" as you like, then press "Save"
- The setting is per Google connection
When You Get an Alert
Open the review from the alert and reply. Answering a low rating quickly shows other customers that you take feedback seriously. To work through several at once, use "Unanswered reviews".
Available on the Starter plan and above.
