With ReceiptRoller's reservation management feature, store staff can accept and manage customer reservations. You can handle everything in one place, from setting input fields tailored to your business type, to visually checking the schedule on a timeline, to automatically sending confirmation emails and reminders.
What you can do
- Register reservations on behalf of customers as staff (records the Booking Source, such as phone, walk-in, or web)
- Automatically configure input fields suited to your business type (for restaurants: party size, seating preference; for salons: stylist, menu, etc.)
- Check availability by resource at a glance on the timeline (Resource x time grid)
- Manage reservation status (Pending → Confirmed → Completed / Cancelled / NoShow)
- Automatically send emails for reservation confirmation, cancellation, and reminders
- Check monthly reservation statistics (today's count, tomorrow's count, number pending, number confirmed, etc.) on the dashboard
Reservation status
- Pending: The reservation has been received but is awaiting approval by staff. Used when automatic confirmation is disabled.
- Confirmed: The reservation has been approved by staff. If automatic confirmation is enabled, the reservation enters this status as soon as it is registered.
- Completed: The customer's visit or service has been completed.
- Cancelled: The reservation has been cancelled.
- NoShow: The customer did not show up at the reserved date and time.
