CRM Customer Management Customer Data

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) feature lets you centrally manage information about customers who visit your store. It records profiles, visit history, and total spend, so all staff can instantly check up-to-date customer information.

Customer information you can manage

  • Name: You can register both kanji (FirstName / LastName) and kana readings (FirstNameKana / LastNameKana)
  • Contact information: Email address (Email), phone number (Phone)
  • Attributes: Gender, date of birth (DateOfBirth)
  • Address: Postal code, prefecture, city/ward/town/village, street address (PostalCode / Prefecture / City / Address1 / Address2)
  • Membership information: Membership code (MembershipCode), membership rank (MembershipLevel)
  • Tags: Segment classification using freeform keywords (Tags)
  • Notes: Internal notes for staff (Notes)

Visit and purchase history

The following records are automatically tracked for each customer.

  • Visit count (VisitCount): Total number of visits/transactions
  • Total spend (TotalSpent): Cumulative total purchase amount
  • Last visit date (LastVisitDate): Date and time of the most recent visit

Searching for customers

You can quickly search for customers using the following criteria.

  • Name (kanji or kana)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Membership code
  • Tags

How to register customers

  • Manual registration: Enter from the store management screen → Customers → "New Registration"
  • Bulk CSV registration: Compile an existing customer list into a CSV file and import it
  • POS integration: Reads the customer code at checkout and automatically updates visit records
  • SNS integration: Automatically generates a customer record from messages received via LINE, X, or Meta

Customer status

  • Active: A regular customer
  • Deleted (IsDeleted): A soft-deleted customer (history is retained)
