Editing Store Information

You can edit registered store information at any time. To change the store name, address, phone number, category, and other details, go to the individual store dashboard settings.

Only members with the SuperUser or Admin role can edit this information. Staff can only view it and cannot make changes.

Opening the Edit Screen

  1. Open Store List from the left menu and select the store you want to edit.
  2. Once you're on the individual store dashboard, click Store Settings (gear icon) in the top right or the right side panel.
  3. The store information edit form will be displayed.

Fields You Can Edit

  • Store Name: The display name shown to customers
  • Category: Business type or category (e.g., cafe, apparel)
  • Phone Number: The store's contact phone number
  • Email Address: The store's contact email
  • Postal Code
  • Prefecture / City / Address
  • Address (optional): Building name, room number, etc.
  • Business Hours: Opening and closing times for each day of the week
  • Description / Notes: A description of the store (used for things like Google Maps integration)

Fields You Cannot Change

  • Store ID (StoreId): Cannot be changed, as it is an internal system identifier
  • Creation Date: The date the store was registered

Saving Changes

  1. After entering your edits, click the Save button.
  2. Once saved, the changes are reflected in the dashboard display and any linked Google Maps data.

Notes

  • If you change the address and Google Maps integration is enabled, it will automatically re-sync.
  • Even if you change the store name, existing e-receipts will still show the old store name (past data is not updated).
  • If you want to update multiple stores at once, use Bulk Store Data Registration via CSV.
