To start running a store with ReceiptRoller, first register the basic information for each store. Registering your store information lets you move forward with using the store-level dashboard and each of the other features.

■ Opening the add-store screen

From the store list screen inside your Business Account, click the "+" button to open the add-store screen. From here you can register information for a new store.

■ Main information you can register

On the store information registration screen, you'll mainly enter the following details.

• Store name: the store's name
• Type: the store's business type or category
• Phone number: the store's contact phone number
• Email: the store's contact email address
• Postal code: the postal code for the location
• Prefecture: the prefecture where the store is located
• City: the city/ward/town/village where the store is located
• Address: the street address, including the lot number, etc.
• Address (optional): building name or other supplementary information

Required fields are marked, so make sure to enter the necessary information before proceeding with registration.

■ Registration flow

1. Click the "+" button on the store list screen
2. Enter the required details on the add-store screen
3. Click the "Create" button
4. The store is added to the list and can now be managed from its own dedicated dashboard

■ What you can do after registration

Once the store information is registered, you can start using operational features for that store.

• Product management
• Using CRM features

Registering accurate store information from the start will make your subsequent operational setup and analytics go smoothly. If you're operating multiple stores, you can also add stores one after another following this same process.
