Store Status Management

In ReceiptRoller, you can set an operating status for each store. By switching the status to match the store's current situation, you can control what's shown on the dashboard and how certain features behave.

Only members with the SuperUser or Admin role can change the status.

■ Status types

StatusDescriptionMain use
Open Normally operating Day-to-day store operations
Temporarily Closed Business temporarily suspended, e.g. for renovation or an extended break During renewal periods, etc.
Closed Operations at that store have ended Archiving after closing or relocating

■ How to check the status

On the store list screen, a status badge is displayed on each store's card. Enabling "Include deleted" also shows stores with Closed status in the list.

■ How to change the status

  1. Open Store List from the left menu and select the target store.
  2. Open Store Settings on the individual store's dashboard.
  3. Select the new status from the status field.
  4. Click Save to confirm.

■ Impact of a status change

When set to Temporarily Closed

  • The store dashboard can still be viewed as usual.
  • POS integration and digital receipt issuance are paused.
  • Features such as reservations and shifts are temporarily suspended.
  • Past data (sales, receipt history) is retained.

When set to Closed

  • The store is excluded from the default view in the store list (visible by checking "Include deleted").
  • All operating features (POS, reservations, coupons, etc.) stop.
  • Past data is retained and can still be referenced from reports and analytics.
  • Accounts of members who closed the store remain as they are (they must be removed separately).

■ Notes

  • Even if a store is set to Temporarily Closed or Closed, it may still be counted toward the number of billable stores under your plan in some cases. Please contact support for details.
  • You can also revert a store from Closed status back to Open (data is retained).
  • If you want to completely delete the data, please contact support.
