ReceiptRoller lets you bulk-register and update multiple stores' information at once using a CSV file. This is a convenient feature when you have many stores or need to migrate existing data.

■ Opening the CSV bulk registration screen

From the menu at the top right of the store list screen, select "CSV Bulk Registration" to go to the CSV upload screen.

■ Basic usage

1. Download the "CSV Template"
2. Enter store information into the template
3. Upload the CSV file
4. Click "Upload and Process"

This lets you register or update multiple stores in a single operation.

■ About the CSV template

The CSV template is a file for entering store information in the correct format. Always use the template to create your data.

▼ Main specifications

• Character encoding: UTF-8
• Required field: Name (store name)
• Maximum file size: 5MB

▼ Main columns (example)

• Name: Store name (required)
• StoreId: Store ID (used when updating)
• Type: Store type
• Phone: Phone number
• Email: Email address
• PostalCode: Postal code
• Prefecture: Prefecture
• City: City/ward/town/village
• Address: Street address
• Address2: Building name, etc. (optional)

* Column order is not fixed — columns are identified by header name.

■ Difference between new registration and updating

CSV lets you perform new registrations and updates to existing data at the same time.

• New registration: Leave StoreId blank
• Update: Specify an existing StoreId

When updating existing data, you can use the "Download Current Data" feature to confirm the correct StoreId.

■ Notes

• If the required field (Name) is not filled in, the store cannot be registered
• Always save the file with UTF-8 encoding
• Keep the file size under 5MB
