Reading the Check-in Analytics Screen

ReceiptRoller Check-in Analytics Dashboard CSV

The "Details" screen for each campaign lets you see visit trends and unique user counts at a glance. Data is reflected in real time, and you can also download it as a CSV.

Accessing the details screen

From the campaign list, click the "Details" button on the target campaign card. You can also open it from the edit screen via the "Details / Analytics" button.

Summary tiles (4 total)

  • Today: Cumulative check-in count for the current day (based on UTC)
  • Last 7 days: Cumulative total over the past 7 days
  • Last 30 days: Cumulative total over the past 30 days
  • Cumulative unique users: Number of distinct users who have used the campaign since it started (the same user is counted once). The cumulative count is also shown below

30-day chart

Shows daily check-in counts over the last 30 days as bars. Hovering over a bar pops up the date and count. Days with no activity are shown as a thin gray continuous band, making it easy to spot day-of-week trends or changes after a promotion.

Recent check-ins list

The most recent 50 entries are listed newest first. The columns mean the following.

  • Date/time: Displayed in the device's local time
  • Method: Shows whether the check-in was recorded via a QR or NFC badge
  • User: An internal ID including anonymous users (not personal information)
  • Device: The User-Agent at the time of submission. Useful for understanding device and model trends

CSV export

Use the "Download CSV" button in the top right to download the full check-in history. It's Excel-compatible (with UTF-8 BOM), so you can just double-click to open it. The output columns are as follows.

  • CheckInId / CampaignId / CampaignName
  • StoreId / UserId
  • CheckedInAtUtc (UTC date/time)
  • Method (QR / NFC)
  • DeviceId / UserAgent

If you want to filter by date range, access it with dates appended to the URL, like ?from=2026-04-01&to=2026-04-24.

Tips for using this data

  • Comparing the "Today" tile right after launching a campaign versus a week later shows the effect of your notifications
  • Dividing "cumulative unique users" by the cumulative count tells you the average number of visits per person
  • If you have both QR and NFC set up, you can check the usage ratio in the "Method" column of the check-in list
