Printing
The QR code for a check-in campaign you've created can be downloaded from the management screen as a print-ready PDF or a high-resolution PNG. This article walks through the recommended steps for displaying it.
Downloading the print-ready PDF
- From the check-in campaign list, open "Edit / QR" for the target campaign
- Click the "Print PDF (A6)" button on the right to download the PDF
- The PDF already includes your store name and instructions such as "Scan with your phone to check in"
Recommended size and placement
- Paper size: A6 (105×148mm) is standard. Ideal for a register, counter, or entrance
- QR code print size: about 5cm square. This lets iOS and Android cameras read it reliably from 0.3–0.5m away
- Place it somewhere bright and non-reflective
- Laminating it will make it last longer
Embedding it in a poster or flyer
If you'd like to incorporate it into your own design, you can get a 1000×1000px PNG using the "PNG (high resolution)" button. We recommend a minimum print size of 3cm for the QR code within your design.
Testing it works
After printing and displaying it, be sure to scan it with your own phone and confirm you reach the "Check-in complete" screen. If the app isn't installed, you'll be directed to the App Store / Google Play.
