ReceiptRoller Link is a service that turns your Smaregi checkout into the trigger for issuing digital receipts in place of paper, building ongoing relationships with your customers, and unlocking data that powers your store operations — all in a single app.

You can log in directly with your Smaregi account, so no complicated API setup or development work is required. This page introduces what becomes possible when you connect Smaregi and ReceiptRoller, and how to get started.

When checkout completes in Smaregi, ReceiptRoller automatically issues a digital receipt and delivers it directly to the customer (email / LINE / dedicated app / Apple Wallet / Google Wallet).

Getting started

  1. Install "ReceiptRoller Link" from the Smaregi App Marketplace at https://apps.smaregi.jp/apps/3555
  2. Launch the app from the Smaregi admin screen → click "Log in with Smaregi" on the ReceiptRoller side
  3. On the POS terminal setup screen, select the store and register terminal you want to connect
  4. Once a transaction occurs, transaction data will automatically flow to ReceiptRoller

Pricing

ReceiptRoller offers a 30-day free trial, after which you can start with the Basic Plan at ¥500/month (up to 1 store, 1 terminal). If you operate multiple stores or multiple terminals, please choose the Starter Plan or above.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to register as a member with ReceiptRoller?

If you have a Smaregi account, you don't need to register separately with ReceiptRoller. Simply clicking "Log in with Smaregi" automatically creates an account on the ReceiptRoller side.

What happens to the stores, terminals, and member information I'm already operating in Smaregi?

Your existing stores and terminals stay as-is — on the ReceiptRoller side, you just "select the terminals to connect." Member information is also automatically pulled in from your existing Smaregi data, and subsequent updates are synced in both directions.

I operate multiple registers. Will the data be tracked correctly?

ReceiptRoller Link connects per terminal (register), not per store. Even if you operate multiple registers, transaction data will never get mixed up.

Can I connect to POS systems other than Smaregi?
