B2B Price and Catalog Settings

B2B EC 卸価格 ボリュームディスカウント カタログ

In B2B EC, you can flexibly configure selling prices and displayed catalogs for each trading partner (buyer). Starting from the product master in PIM, you can layer group-specific wholesale prices and volume discounts on top.

Price Priority Order

The price displayed in B2B EC is determined by the following priority order.

  • 1. Buyer-specific price (highest priority)
  • 2. Buyer group price
  • 3. Store-specific price (StorePrices in PIM)
  • 4. The product's standard tax-included price (final fallback)

Buyer Group Pricing

For buyer groups (e.g., "Distributors" or "Retail chains"), you can set wholesale prices per product or per category.

  • You can set either a discount rate (e.g., 30% off the standard price) or a fixed amount.
  • Because group pricing is managed separately from the PIM product master, you can adjust wholesale prices without changing the master.

Volume Discounts

You can set tiered discounts (quantity breaks) based on purchase quantity.

  • Example: 1-9 units at list price, 10-49 units at 5% off, 50+ units at 12% off.
  • Can be configured independently per product or per buyer group.
  • The discounted unit price updates in real time when the quantity is changed on the cart screen.

Setting Catalog Visibility Ranges

Rather than exposing all products to every buyer, you can restrict which products are displayed per buyer group.

  • Early access to new products (shown first only to specific VIP groups)
  • Limited visibility for specific lines (e.g., professional-use materials shown only to certified professional buyers)
  • Staged hiding of products scheduled for discontinuation

Minimum Order Quantity and Case Units

The "Minimum Order Quantity" and "Case Pack Size" set in PIM are reflected as-is in the B2B EC catalog. For products with these settings, buyers cannot enter a quantity below that unit when adding to cart.
