Review and Delivery

review

delivery
A campaign you submit for review goes through ReceiptRoller's review and a review by each store it targets before it is delivered. Once approved, you can pause, resume or end it from the campaign page.
How review works
- ReceiptRoller review: we check the content of your ads. If we return it, we tell you why. You can fix it and submit it again
- Store review: each store with an ad space that matches your conditions decides whether to approve it. Your ads are delivered only at the stores that approve
We let you know the results by email and on the campaign page. On the campaign page you can see how many stores are "Approved", "Waiting" and "Declined", and the reasons stores declined. Store names are shown only for stores that are public in the store list.
What each status means
- Draft and Returned: you can edit it and submit it
- Awaiting client: your agency created it and is waiting for you, the client, to check it
- In review: ReceiptRoller is reviewing it. It can't be changed
- Not started, In delivery period and Ended: the campaign is approved. During the delivery period, it is delivered at the stores that approved it
- Paused: it is not delivered at any store
Pause, resume and end
- Press "Pause" and delivery stops within about a minute. Press "Resume" to start it again
- Press "End delivery" to finish delivery. An ended campaign can't be resumed
- Delivery also stops when the budget runs out or the end date passes
Once a campaign is approved, you can't change its budget, dates or targeting. To change them, create a new campaign. A campaign in review or in delivery can't be deleted.
