You can check how your ads are doing on the Ad Dashboard and under "Delivery" on the campaign page. Figures related to purchases are aggregated under fixed rules so that no customer can be identified.
Dashboard
- Filter by period (last 7, 30 or 90 days), campaign and ad space
- Impressions (signage plays and times shown on receipts and in the app), clicks and click-through rate, ad spend (before tax) and coupon uses are shown compared with the previous period
- "Effect on sales" shows the latest estimate of sales lift and ROAS
Campaign delivery results
- Impressions, clicks, ad spend, coupon uses and coupons handed out
- Impressions by ad space, by store (top 20 stores) and by time of day. Stores that are not public in the store list are shown as "Unlisted store"
Rules for purchase-related figures
- Coupon uses, discount amounts, sales amounts, and impressions of ads targeted by what was bought are aggregated per completed week (Monday to Sunday). This week's figures appear once the week ends
- Figures from 1 to 4 are shown as "Under 5"
- Sales amounts and discount amounts are shown once there are uses at 5 or more stores and 20 or more uses
Getting the data by API
You can get the same figures from the advertiser API (GET /api/v1/advertiser/reports, scope advertiser.reports.read). Specify a period of 7 to 366 days.
