Retail Media Revenue Report

リテールメディア 収益レポート インプレッション CTR 分析

The Retail Media Revenue Report lets you check ad delivery performance and earned revenue for your store's ad space. Based on metrics like impressions, clicks, and CTR, you can track how your ad space is performing and use it to improve placement and terminal configuration.

Metrics in the Report

  • Impressions: Total number of times an ad was displayed
  • Clicks: Number of times an ad was tapped/clicked
  • CTR (Click-Through Rate): Clicks ÷ Impressions × 100 (%). A higher value indicates the ad is drawing more visitor interest.
  • Conversions: Number of actions such as purchases resulting from the ad
  • CVR (Conversion Rate): Conversions ÷ Clicks × 100 (%)
  • Revenue: Total revenue accrued for the period

How to View the Report

  1. Select "Retail Media" from the left menu of the store dashboard.
  2. Click "Revenue Report."
  3. Select a period (daily, weekly, or monthly).
  4. Metrics for each ad space and period are shown in a list.

Performance by Ad Space

If you're running multiple ad spaces, you can compare metrics across spaces. For spaces with low impressions, consider revisiting placement or changing the terminal size.

Monthly Revenue Summary

You can check total revenue for the current month and the month-over-month comparison. A revenue breakdown (impression-based revenue and click-based revenue) is also shown.

Using the Report

  • If CTR is low: Consider changing the terminal's placement or increasing the ad space size.
  • If impressions are low: Increase revenue by moving the terminal into visitors' line of sight or registering additional ad spaces.
  • If impressions are concentrated in a specific time window: Proposing ad delivery settings tailored to that time window to advertisers can help attract higher-value ads.

Checking Revenue Payments

The report screen lets you check the accrued revenue amount. Actual payment is processed the following month. See "Revenue Details" for information on payment status.
