Store Visitor Analysis

来店 顧客 分析 ピーク時間

Store Visitor Analysis is a feature that visualizes when, on which days of the week, and which customers are visiting your store, based on POS transaction data and CRM customer linkage status. It's useful for understanding peak hours, optimizing staff shifts, and tracking the ratio of new versus repeat customers.

Access

/{culture}/organizations/{orgId}/stores/{storeId}/finance/visitors

You can also open it from the "Store Visitor Analysis" button on the per-store sales report. Roles with access: SuperUser / StoreManager / FinanceManager.

Selecting a Period

Select from the preset chips at the top of the screen.

  • Past 7 days
  • Past 30 days (default)
  • This month
  • Last month
  • Past 90 days

Summary Cards

Totals for the selected period are shown across four cards.

  • Transaction Count (Visitor Count): Number of POS transactions in the period. Can be used as a rough gauge of visitor count.
  • Member Linkage Rate: The proportion of transactions linked to a CRM customer. Example: 60% means 6 out of 10 transactions were by a member. Useful for measuring the effectiveness of membership programs, LINE registration prompts, and receipt notification features.
  • Peak Hour: The hour with the highest transaction count. Useful for shift, prep, and promotion timing decisions.
  • Busiest Day of the Week: The day of the week with the highest transaction count.

Hour × Day-of-Week Heatmap

A heatmap of transaction count with hour of day on the horizontal axis and day of week on the vertical axis. Darker cells indicate more visitors. Patterns like "Friday at 7pm spikes and gets busy" or "Sunday mornings are quiet" are visible at a glance.

Hourly and Daily Charts

Below the heatmap, transaction counts by hour and by day of week are shown as bar charts. Drawn with Chart.js, hovering over a bar shows the value.

  • Transaction Count by Hour: See what time of day visitors concentrate
  • Transaction Count by Day of Week: See the weekly peaks and valleys in sales

New, Repeat, and Anonymous (Past 12 Months)

Monthly transactions over the past 12 months are shown as a stacked bar chart, broken down by customer type. This is always shown for a fixed 12-month period, regardless of the period preset selected above.

  • New Customers: Transactions by customers who registered with CRM for the first time that month (green)
  • Repeat Customers: Transactions by customers who had already registered previously (blue)
  • Anonymous: Transactions not linked to CRM

If sales are holding up on repeat customers alone while new customer growth is flat, that's a cue to review your customer acquisition initiatives. Conversely, a declining repeat rate is a cue to review your loyalty initiatives.

Improving the Member Linkage Rate

If the member linkage rate is low, the following features can help improve it.

  • Check-in via membership card / LINE mini app
  • Membership registration prompts when sending e-receipts
  • Entering a member number/email address at the POS terminal
