Order Import and Unified Order Management
EC連携

OMS
マルチチャネル
Consolidate orders from multiple EC channels — Shopify, Amazon, BASE, Rakuten Ichiba, and more — into Receipt Roller's OMS (Order Management System) for unified management. You can allocate stock and process shipments across channels from a single place.
How Orders Are Imported
- Automatic API integration: For supported platforms (Shopify, Amazon), orders are automatically imported into OMS via webhooks or scheduled polling.
- Manual CSV import: Orders from platforms without API integration can be imported into OMS via CSV.
- Manual entry: Orders received by phone, fax, or email can be entered directly from the OMS screen.
Channel Management
Each order in OMS is tagged with its channel (Web / POS / B2B EC / Shopify / Amazon / Phone / Manual, etc.). Filtering by channel lets you track order status across platforms.
Stock Allocation and WMS Integration
Once an order is confirmed, stock is allocated in WMS. Since orders from multiple channels share stock for the same SKU, overselling (confirming an order when stock has already run out) is prevented.
- If no allocatable stock is available, the order enters a backorder state.
- Stock is automatically allocated once it has been received into WMS.
Shipping Processing
- Once picking and packing are complete in WMS, enter the carrier and tracking number in OMS.
- Supported platforms such as Shopify and Amazon are automatically notified of shipping information.
- A shipping confirmation email is automatically sent to the buyer (customer).
Supported Platforms (Current and Planned)
- Shopify (supported)
- Amazon (supported)
- BASE / STORES / Rakuten Ichiba (in preparation)
- Manual integration via CSV import (supports all platforms)
