Amazon Integration

EC連携 Amazon マーケットプレイス FBA

By integrating your Amazon Marketplace sales with Receipt Roller, you can unify management of orders and stock across Amazon, brick-and-mortar stores, and B2B EC.

What the Integration Enables

  • Product listing (PIM → Amazon): Sync product information from PIM to Amazon Seller Central. Supports linking to existing ASINs using JAN codes, as well as new listings.
  • Order import (Amazon → OMS): Automatically import orders placed on Amazon into OMS. Orders are tagged with the "Amazon" channel and can be managed separately from other channels.
  • In-house stock sync (WMS → Amazon): For Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) orders, sync your WMS stock quantities to Amazon's listed stock. Also handles automatic delisting when stock runs out.
  • FBA stock import: If you use FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), import FBA stock quantities into WMS for unified visibility.

Setup Steps

  • From the Receipt Roller external EC integration settings screen, select "Amazon."
  • Grant access permissions in Amazon Seller Central (SP-API authentication).
  • Select your target Amazon Marketplace (amazon.co.jp / amazon.com, etc.).
  • Set your fulfillment method (FBM or FBA).
  • Run the initial sync (matches existing products by JAN code or SKU).

Processing Amazon Orders

  • For FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant), confirm the order in OMS, then allocate stock and process shipping in WMS. Shipping confirmation for Amazon is automatically sent from OMS.
  • For FBA, Amazon handles shipping on your behalf, so the order is recorded in OMS as already shipped via FBA.

Notes

  • Due to Amazon API rate limits, the initial sync of a large number of products may take some time.
  • Amazon-specific product attributes (browse node, product description fields) are covered by the "Specifications" field in PIM.
